1. Shipping Locations & Origin

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We ship to most pin codes across India through our reliable courier partners.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Orders above ₹599: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders below ₹599: A flat shipping fee of [Insert Fee, e.g., ₹50 or ₹70] will be applied at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Since perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they are transported via Surface Shipping (Ground) to comply with Indian safety regulations.

  • Within Rajasthan: 2–3 business days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 4–6 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

  • Remote Areas (North-East, J&K, etc.): 8–12 business days.

5. Handling Damages & Leaks

Fragrance bottles are delicate. While we use high-grade protective packaging, if you receive a damaged or leaking bottle:
